The Omega 1143 (ETA 2894-A2) is best returned back to Omega for servicing. It has a piggy back chronograph unit manufactured by Dubois-Dépraz 2020 resting between the dial and the ETA 2892-A2 automatic timepiece. You can see part of the chronograph unit in the picture. The ETA timepiece is smaller than the chronograph which is bolted to the case.
Generally speaking this is a non serviceable unit (Except Factory). If this fails during or after a service there will be problems in obtaining the parts and the hassle of assembly without the bespoke jigs. I my opinion you will be far better off buying the chunkier Omega Cal 1155 (Valjoux 7750) series Omega or TAG Heuer. TR
