Just a big thank you for the work you carried out on my watch.
Over the years I have used a company recommended by tag but this is the first time I have actually used somebody different.
The difference is unbelievable the last company just did the cell and pressure test where you have actually  cleaned and repaired the strap and watch and also tightened the bezel
Thank you and I will definitely use you and recommend you to friends .

Once again thanks for your very efficient and friendly assistance. My friend in Darlington, from whom you recieved the watch in the post, is an avid Rolex nut, he and his wife have five between them (all bought new at retailers) and he is really impressd and I'm sure you will recieve business from him in the future for servicing etc.

By the way, I have not seen the gold bracelet yet, however my friend, above, tells me that a magnificent job has been done on it, again he is full of praise.

However, the battery has now run down and I am having problems finding a jeweller who is able to remove the back of the watch case as it has been done up so tight.
Should I not be able to find a jeweller who can remove the back of the watch case, how much would it cost to send the watch to you to have the battery replaced?

I have just returned home from our summer tour around our family and I have to tell you I was thrilled and delighted with the wonderful work you did on my Grandfathers watch.

My Father was with me and he is 81 years old. It was a surprise to him when he saw the watch. He recognized it instantly and was moved to tears on seeing it working after all these years. This is a memorable moment indeed!
