Once again thanks for your very efficient and friendly assistance. My friend in Darlington, from whom you recieved the watch in the post, is an avid Rolex nut, he and his wife have five between them (all bought new at retailers) and he is really impressd and I'm sure you will recieve business from him in the future for servicing etc. By the way, I have not seen the gold bracelet yet, however my friend, above, tells me that a magnificent job has been done on it, again he is full of praise. I have just returned home from our summer tour around our family and I have to tell you I was thrilled and delighted with the wonderful work you did on my Grandfathers watch. My Father was with me and he is 81 years old. It was a surprise to him when he saw the watch. He recognized it instantly and was moved to tears on seeing it working after all these years.
